During the government shutdown, official historic sites will be OPEN with the exception of Bunker Hill Monument and USS Constitution. Foundation-led official Freedom Trail Tours will continue to step off daily.
When we finally decided to see the Freedom Trail we weren't disappointed. The tour was fun (at times hilarious) and very informative. Isaiah Thomas, our guide, was a talented storyteller, very engaging.
